Black Garlic Strawberries and Balsamic Vinegar



1 Punnet of Strawberries

1 clove of Black Garlic, very finely chopped

2 tablespoons of sugar

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Crème fraîche for garnish



  1. Hull the strawberries and cut in half.
  2. Finely chop the black garlic and mix together with the balsamic vinegar and the sugar. Adjust sweetness accordingly.
  3. Place the marinade and strawberries into a non metallic bowl and leave in the fridge.
  4. Serve in small dishes and garnish with mint.
