1 Punnet of Strawberries
1 clove of Black Garlic, very finely chopped
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Crème fraîche for garnish
- Hull the strawberries and cut in half.
- Finely chop the black garlic and mix together with the balsamic vinegar and the sugar. Adjust sweetness accordingly.
- Place the marinade and strawberries into a non metallic bowl and leave in the fridge.
- Serve in small dishes and garnish with mint.
