Each year we get excited to see that Black Garlic is tipped to be one of the hottest food trends of the year and over the last few years we have seen the UK embrace it even more.
So when the Telegraph published this article we were thrilled to see Black Garlic featured for yet another year in their A-Z of 2018’s hottest food trends.
Here at Balsajo we are passionate about more people discovering the ingredient and with our product being used as a base for ketchups and an ingredient for subscription meal boxes we want to eventually see more and more people including it as a key ingredient in their kitchen.
